An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed and a confirmation email has been issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

After payment is successfully completed, orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch.

6. Order Cancellation

For questions regarding order cancellations, please refer to the store’s Order Cancellation Policy.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours from the time of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the request is made after 24 hours, or if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation cannot be completed due to order processing and logistics arrangements.
In such cases, customers must wait until the order is delivered and then submit a return request in accordance with the store’s return process.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return requests may be submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.

A product may be returned provided that:

Customised products or items assembled by the customer are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

To facilitate inventory management, we do not offer direct exchanges.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
The exact time for funds to appear may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
